The way of organizing referees from last year will continue for this year. There will be a quick reference card made and given out to each referee with MVJFL specific rules. Rule 31 Modified to match the penalty of rule 26 Flag thrown for the first infraction, both teams given a warning 5 yard penalty & 1st down for any infractions after the warning (Motion made by J-M, Second by Columbiana, Passed with all in favor) Rule 50 Requested that we remove the 5 yard penalty from the infractions. All agreed to leave the rule as is and ask the referees to make the initial call quicker. General discussion of weigh in practice. Meeting adjourned.
